“If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.” - Henry Ford
We specialise in creating short videos on YouTube covering a range of subjects. Whether you want greater focus to help you achieve more, techniques to build inner peace or to improve your communication skills and confidence. Each video features life hacks and advice that draw on practical psychology, philosophy and our own life experiences.
How we think and direct our thoughts is the key, whether we’re trying to solve a problem or determine our life’s purpose and meaning. Get this part right and everything else starts to fall into place. Being aware of, questioning and re-focussing our thoughts is the first step. This takes practice and a little effort but the rewards are incredible.
How we feel is usually a reflection of our dominant thoughts. If our thoughts are productive, reasoned and focussed we’ll generally feel good. Feelings change as thoughts come and go, usually without much awareness, by directing our thoughts we have much greater control over how we feel.
How we act is often a direct result of our mood. If we’re feeling bad we’re unlikely to perform at our best in any area of our lives, whether that’s at work, in our relationships or playing a sport. Without clarity and focus we’re likely to miss opportunities and make mistakes.
Simple but true, how you think changes how you feel which ultimately determines how you act. Try a different perspective, your world will open up and allow you to create the life you want to live.
Our YouTube channel launched in 2021 with new content scheduled for release every month. A downloadable summary sheet is available for each video as a handy reminder of the key points. Please leave a comment on the videos, we'd love to know what you think!
